Extend the life of your playground. Custom blended polyurethane is applied to older playground surfaces to help prevent deterioration of the surfacing and enhance the vibrancy of the colors.
Any necessary repairs are made to the surface and then the playground is roll coated by our OSHA certified employees. This will greatly reduce the effects of UV rays on the surface which can result in a breakdown of the surface with an effect known as “pebbling” where the granules become loose.
Pressure washing and cleaning programs are also available to help maintain the safety and longevity of the safety surfacing. In more extreme cases, existing surfaces can be re-capped with a new poured in place rubber system without the need to rip-out and dispose of the original surfacing. A playsites + surfaces representative will evaluate your playground to determine the best solution that will be economical but more importantly, safe for the children.
